LISA BERRY
I am proud to be the owner and stylist at Simplicity Hair Studio & Spa. I have been in the industry for 26 years, all of which have been in Concord. I love my job because I get to make everyone who sits in my chair feel great about themselves. I get to be creative and develop relationships with clients. I enjoy foiling, coloring and doing chemical straightening treatments. I have been trained at Michael’s School of Hair Design in Manchester, TIGI Academy in NYC, Paul Mitchell Classes, Advanced Color Framing, I am also Peter Coppola Certified.
NICOLE MONGAN
I have been in the beauty industry since 2012 and have never been happier to have started this journey. I graduated from Michael's School of Hair Design and began working with Lisa right away. I am thankful to be doing what I love and while I enjoy all aspects of my work, I have a special knack for blonding and balayage. Along with managing the salon, continuing my education and taking on all wedding inquires, I try my best to make sure all my guests leave feeling their very best self.
MAGGIE DUVAL
I graduated from the Institute of Skin Science with my main focus on facials and advance chemical peels. I also specialize in acne- prone aging and pigmented skin.
I have continued my education in specialty classes which include dermaplaning, lash extensions and completing the Makeup Artistry Fundamentals with Kriss Institute of Makeup Artistry. I am certified in Image and Aveda skincare. I am able to leave my clients well educated on the maintenance and appearance of their skin. My main goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you came in.
JULIE COOKE
I became interested in aesthetics after I had my first facial many years ago. I graduated from Elizabeth Grady School of Aesthetics in 1991 and have stayed in the industry ever since. After recently closing my business, Lotions n Potions, I am delighted to part of the Simplicity team.
I started my career in Boston and won a “Best of Boston” award for “best Waxing” in 1995. I have had advanced training in makeup artistry, including weddings, television, special occasions, and has worked on movie stars and political figures. I offer a wide variety of services including waxing, facials and makeup services. I am a certified Dr. Hauschka esthetician and offer their holistic treatments along with Hydropeptide anti- aging facials.
CHRISTINE HANEY
I have been in the industry since 1988, beginning my education at Concord Academy of Hair Design. I am highly motivated and very passionate about hair and making my clients feel confident and beautiful. I enjoy all aspects of hair design, dry cutting and texturizing, coloring, ombre, multi-dimensional color and mens cuts. I bring to the table 26 years of experience. My education is on-going and includes training with some of the top notch Paul Mitchell names in the industry.
MANDI RALEIGH
I have been a hair stylist and spa technician for the last 16 years. I worked in a day spa for 7 years prior to working at Simplicity Hair Studio in Concord NH. I love making people beautiful and feel good about themselves! I get the ultimate satisfaction seeing and styling the end result after a beautiful color/ foil application. I continue to grow my passion and techniques by attending upcoming Paul Mitchell classes.
MARIAH GUILBEAULT
I have been in the spa industry since 2013 as both and esthetician and manicurist. I feel extremely thankful to work in an industry and career that I love so much. My goal is to always make my clients feel comfortable and confident. I specialize in brazilian waxes and deep cleaning facials, making sure that my clients are well educated on process, products, and aftercare
KIRSTEN O’BRIEN
I graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Design in 2013. My passion is to get to know my clients so I can deliver a hairstyle that truly works for their lifestyle and expresses who they are. I specialize in both women’s and men’s hair cutting, texturizing, makeup and formal styling, and natural hair coloring. My goal is to make every guest feel like the best version of themselves.
LINDSEY KRIEGER
I graduated from Michaels School of Hair Design, a Paul Mitchell Partner School in December of 2011. While I have always remained in the industry, I did take time to pursue a career in Human Resources. I am excited to get back to my roots, and passion, by using my talent to make clients feel beautiful inside and out. I specialize in cuts, speciality coloring/foils, and up-do’s but my passions are blowouts and enhancing those beautiful blonde locks. My true love in life is my family, and I am so excited to grow that family by joining Simplicity Hair Studio & Spa.
SAMANTHA ROGIER
I graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2015 with my cosmetology license; then continued schooling, graduating from American Academy of Health and Beauty with my esthetician license in 2020. I specialize in both mens and women’s cutting, and styling. With that being said I do enjoy everything both licenses allow me to do in making sure every client is satisfied!
MADDY GAGNE
I graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Design. I have a passion for all things color for example, balayage, handpainting, blonding, baby lights, natural tones and vibrant colors. Whether you need a makeover or a subtle change, I have the drive to learn new techniques and expand education. I also love makeup and cutting. I always have my client’s best interest in mind, and can take on any challenge big or small.
REBECCA BEAULIEU
I graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Designed in January 2020. I love all the endless opportunities and people you meet in this industry! Continued education is something I enjoy and take pride in, as I want to expand my services/ techniques to better serve my clients! I have not found anything in industry that I do not enjoy! I love doing “lived in”balayages, custom colors, fantasy colors, and bridal/ event makeup. My goal is to have every client that sits in my chair feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Can’t wait to have you in my chair!

I graduated from Empire Beauty School in the winter of 2016 and have continued my education over the years in order to keep up with the latest techniques and trends. My favorite services to perform include blonding, fashion colors, extensions, as well as prom/wedding updos. I love that this career lets me be creative, form meaningful relationships, and help others look and feel their best. This career has given me the opportunity to have an amazing work-life balance so that I get to do what I love and spend time with my husband and young daughter.
SARA BRADY
I graduated from Michael's School of Hair Design, a Paul Mitchel partner school. I’ve been in the industry since 2015. I specialize in men's cuts, women's cuts, coloring, styling, and up-dos. My goal is to make everyone who sits in my chair feel refreshed and satisfied. I just love to beautify people!
KRIS MARTEL
From the beginning of my career I have had a passion for education. I earned color certifications from Matrix, Joico, Color Freaks, Redken and All-Nutrient to name a few. I also earned certificates with Brazilian Blowout and Rejuvenol keratin smoothing systems. Along with several long hair design certifications and Andrea Harbison Hair Extensions. I have worked with Miss USA pageants and one on one with Miss America contestants. This lead me to wanting to share my passion for hair and makeup.
I have been teaching bridal hair and makeup for ten years, as a design team member and educator for All-Nutrient. I’m currently and educator for Andrea Harbison Hair extensions and continue to teach color and cutting classes independently.
Working behind the chair for 17 years I have specialized in costume color, corrective color, cutting and wedding updos. My vivacious personality and passion for the industry truly captures and inspires those around me.
MEGAN TIBBETTS
I graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Design, A Paul Mitchell Partner School. I have been in the industry since 2019. I am most passionate about color from root coverage to blonding to fashion vivids all while keeping the integrity of the hair! I specialize in woman’s cuts, coloring, sew in weft extensions, styling, updos and makeup! I am passionate about furthering my education and it shows in my techniques and ability to adapt to new and upcoming trends. When anyone sits in my chair, my hope is that they enjoy themselves throughout the process and have more confidence when they leave!
Zoe Lacy
I am a graduate of Empire Beauty School July 2023. I graduated from the 2 year cosmetology program at Concord High School 2022. My favorite services to perform would be women’s cuts , coloring , blonding as well as styling. I want to further my education to stay up to date with the latest looks and trends. I enjoy building relationships with new clients and look forward to meeting all the specific needs of all my clients while making them feel confident.
