Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, unanticipated events happen in everyones life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients. We do ask that you kindly give us a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled.
We will require a credit card on file when booking an appointment, which will not be charged unless you cancel in less than 24 hours or do not show for your appointment. If less than a 24 hour notice does happen you will be charged for 100 % of your missed appointment and payment will be due prior to your next appointment.
No Shows- Amount due will be for full appointment missed.
Sickness- Please let us know as soon as possible so we may waive the cancellation fee.
Emergencies- Are just that and we will gladly handle them case by case.
