Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To allow us to provide the best service to all clients, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. For no-shows or appointments with no notice, the full 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule.
Late Policy
Should you find yourself running late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can notify your stylist. Please note that our stylists adhere to a schedule, and in order to avoid delays for other clients, they may not be able to accommodate your full service. If you arrive after your scheduled time, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
