Lisa Berry - Owner & Hairstylist
Lisa is the proud owner and lead stylist at Simplicity Hair Studio & Spa, with an impressive 26 years of experience, all dedicated to serving the Concord community. Her passion for the beauty industry shines through in every aspect of her work. Lisa’s creative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned her a loyal following.
Specializing in advanced techniques such as foiling, coloring, and chemical straightening treatments, Lisa brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to every service. She is dedicated to staying current with industry trends, continuously refining her skills through ongoing education and training. Lisa’s personalized approach ensures each client receives a tailored experience, leaving them feeling refreshed and satisfied.

Trained at Michael’s School of Hair Design in Manchester, Lisa has further honed her skills through programs at the TIGI Academy in NYC, Paul Mitchell classes, Advanced Color Framing, and certification with Peter Coppola. Mandi Raleigh - Manager & Hairstylist
Mandi has been a professional stylist since 2002, dedicated to creating a personalized and collaborative experience for every client. She begins each appointment with a thorough consultation, ensuring all questions are answered and that both stylist and client share a clear vision. Mandi enjoys helping her fellow curly-haired clients achieve their best look, providing expert product recommendations and practical styling tips. She also takes pride in educating clients on proper tool usage and techniques to manage tricky areas during styling.
Mandi specializes in creating effortlessly beautiful, lived-in natural color, face-framing foiling, and dimensional highlights that enhance her clients' unique features. She is also skilled in crafting long haircuts, as well as styles with texture and movement, ensuring each look is both flattering and easy to maintain. Mandi’s ability to blend creativity with precision allows her to design modern yet timeless looks tailored to complement each client’s lifestyle and personality.
Outside the salon, Mandi is a devoted wife and mother of two active children who keep her busy with sports and events. Passionate about food and gardening, she enjoys sharing recipes with her clients, bringing a warm, personal touch to every conversation.
Kris Martel - Hairstylist
Kris brings over two decades of experience and a deep passion for education to the beauty industry. He holds numerous certifications in color from Matrix, Joico, Color Freaks, Redken, and All-Nutrient, as well as in Brazilian Blowout and Rejuvenol keratin smoothing systems. His expertise also extends to long hair design and Andrea Harbison Hair Extensions. His work with Miss USA pageants and one-on-one styling for Miss America contestants reflects his dedication to excellence and artistry in hair and makeup.
For the past ten years, Kris has shared his knowledge as an educator, teaching bridal hair and makeup as part of the All-Nutrient design team and currently as an educator for Andrea Harbison Hair Extensions. He also offers independent classes in advanced coloring and cutting techniques.
Since beginning his career behind the chair in 2001, he has specialized in custom color, corrective color, precision cutting, and wedding updos. Known for his vibrant personality and passion for the industry, Kris inspires clients and colleagues alike with his creativity and expertise.
Lindsey Krieger - Hairstylist
Lindsey’s passion for the beauty industry began with her graduation from a Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2011. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized services. Through ongoing education, Lindsey stays current with the latest techniques and trends.
Her cutting expertise includes long hair layering and soft, textured bob styles, while her coloring specialties focus on gray coverage, custom lived-in looks, and advanced blonding techniques such as traditional highlights, babylights, and balayage. Lindsey is also certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing treatments, ensuring she can offer a full range of services to meet her clients' needs. Additionally, she loves working with the Weddings by Simplicity team, creating elegant updos and formal styles that make brides and their parties feel beautiful on their special day.
Outside the salon, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her family and her pug, Lingo. She loves crafting, crocheting, exploring new restaurants, and re-watching her favorite drama series. Lindsey looks forward to building lasting client relationships and helping keep the greater Concord area beautiful!
Kirsten O’brien - Hairstylist
Kirsten, a 2013 graduate of Michael’s School of Hair Design, is dedicated to creating hairstyles that complement her clients' unique personalities and lifestyles. She believes in building strong connections with her clients to ensure every style not only enhances their natural beauty but also suits their day-to-day needs.
Specializing in women’s and men’s hair cutting, texturizing, natural hair coloring, makeup, and formal styling, Kirsten brings a versatile skill set to every appointment. Her goal is to ensure each guest leaves feeling confident and like the best version of themselves.
Outside the salon, Kirsten enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging her love for baking.
Maddy Gelinas - Hairstylist

Samantha Rogier- Hairstylist
Sam graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2015 with her cosmetology license and later earned her esthetician license from the American Academy of Health and Beauty in 2020. She loves working on men’s cuts, women’s cutting and styling, keratin complex smoothing treatments, custom blonding and coloring, and facial waxing, always aiming to give each client a service that fits their unique style.
With dual licenses in cosmetology and esthetics, Sam feels most at home behind the chair, making sure every client has a personalized and enjoyable experience. She’s also certified in Barbicide, Keratin Complex, and advanced men’s cutting, showing her dedication to keeping up with the latest in the industry.
Outside of the salon, Sam enjoys exploring New England’s scenic trails with her dog, Ruger, traveling across the United States, and indulging in her love of reading. Her blend of professional expertise and personal passion brings a vibrant energy to her work, making each client feel valued and cared for.
Desiree Gilbert - Hairstylist
Desiree, a graduate of Empire Beauty School in 2016, has dedicated herself to staying current with the latest techniques and trends in the beauty industry. Her expertise includes blonding, custom fashion colors, color corrections, perming, women’s cutting and styling, and formal styling. Desiree thrives on the creative freedom her career offers, allowing her to build meaningful relationships and help clients look and feel their best while maintaining healthy hair. She is also K18 certified, ensuring top-notch hair care.
As a valued member of the Weddings by Simplicity team, Desiree specializes in crafting elegant updos and formal styles, helping brides and their parties feel beautiful and confident on their special day.
Beyond the salon, Desiree enjoys a fulfilling work-life balance, spending quality time with her young daughter and family. In her free time, she loves reading, soaking up the summer sun at the beach, and camping adventures.
Megan Tibbetts - Hairstylist
Megan graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Design, A Paul Mitchell Partner School. She has been in the industry since 2019. Megan is most passionate about color, from root coverage to blonding to fashion vivids all while keeping the integrity of the hair! Megan specializes in women's cuts, coloring, sew-in weft extensions, styling, updos and makeup!
Megan is happy to be a part of the Weddings by Simplicity wedding team, specializing in airbrush makeup and updos. She is passionate about furthering her education and it shows in her techniques and ability to adapt to new and upcoming trends. When anyone sits in Megan’s chair, her hope is that they enjoy themselves throughout the process and have more confidence when they leave!
In Megan's free time she enjoys spending time with her family and husband, reading good books and traveling to her home away from home, Aruba!
Zoe Lacy - Hairstylist
Zoe is a graduate of Empire Beauty School in 2023 and began her journey in the beauty industry through the two-year cosmetology program at Concord High School, completing it in 2022. She specializes in long-layered women’s cuts, gray coverage, natural coloring, highlight blonding, and formal styling. Dedicated to continuous learning, Zoe is committed to staying current with the latest trends and techniques. She values building strong relationships with her clients and is passionate about tailoring her services to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them feel confident and beautiful.
In her free time, Zoe enjoys boating on New England’s lakes and ponds with her beloved dogs, Mya, Tucker, and Phoebe.

Mariah has been a dedicated professional in the spa industry since 2013, working as both an esthetician and manicurist. Specializing in Brazilian waxing and deep-cleansing facials, Mariah is committed to delivering exceptional service and educating her clients on every step of the process, from treatment to product recommendations and aftercare. Meghan Wray - Esthetician
Meghan graduated from the American Academy of Health and Beauty in February 2024 and has dedicated herself to creating an exceptional client experience. Her warm approach and attention to detail make every client feel valued and cared for. Meghan holds certifications in Image skincare, Bio Therapeutic technologies, Classic Lash application, Dermaplaning, and Reiki Level 2, reflecting her diverse expertise. She offers a wide range of services, including facials, full-body waxing, lash lifting and tinting, brow waxing and tinting, dermaplaning, lash extensions, microdermabrasion, and spray tanning. Committed to excellence, Meghan continually seeks educational opportunities to stay ahead of the latest techniques and trends.
Outside of the spa, Meghan channels her creativity into thrifting and antiquing, transforming vintage finds into something fresh and unique. She also enjoys designing fashion pieces that showcase her vibrant, eclectic style. At home, Meghan adores spending time with her four Golden English Creams, who bring endless joy to her life.
Julie Cooke - Esthetician
Julie became interested in aesthetics after she had her first facial many years ago. She graduated from Elizabeth Grady School of Aesthetics in 1991 and has stayed in the industry ever since. After recently closing her business, Lotions n Potions, Julie is delighted to be part of the Simplicity team.
Julie started her career in Boston and won a “Best of Boston” award for “best Waxing” in 1995. She has had advanced training in makeup artistry, including weddings, television, special occasions, and has worked on movie stars and political figures. Julie offers a wide variety of services including waxing, facials and makeup services. She is certified Dr. Hauschka esthetician and offer their holistic treatments along with Hydropeptide anti- aging facials.
